I chose this because after the holidays, I know a lot of people are participating in dry January and I look for healthier alternatives to enjoy in general on an everyday basis. The Sparkling Rose is special because even though it is dealcoholized, it tastes truly still like wine should. The Rose has lovely bright berry notes on the pallet while still remaining balanced with its acidity despite its 4 grams of residual sugar. It would pair lovely with spicy Asian food and a variety or other dishes and something to consider even for your next get together with friends.
